I created vector illustrations, charts, and icons to illustrate the topic. The primary illustration is a cut out piece of land to demonstrate the layers of the rainforest and show what lives in each layer. I referenced many different images and created individual stylized illustrations of plants and animals that I put together into one picture.

​This project is a large scale infographic focusing on deforestation of rainforests globally. Rainforests are diverse and complex ecosystems, home to many plants and animals that depend on them for survival. The biodiversity of rainforests is critical for the well-being of the Earth. This infographic is intended to educate people about the importance of rainforests and the threat posed by deforestation.
